Of course you are correct when you point out that MeCHA is flying under the radar screens. I had never heard of them until recently.
My idea is roughly for different organizations to come together for the common good. Can't remember their exact motto: for us everything, for everyone else...nada. You know what I mean. If some of the more ethnocentric elements could be persuaded to check out the organization and Bustamante's ties, not to mention the complete disappearance of MeCHA's website, I'd think they might be interested. A little heads up might be a good thing in this case. MeCHA after all just doesn't want to get rid of whitey...there are Asians, Pacific Islanders, African Americans, because after all...we're one big happy melting pot :-)
A lawsuit of course is the best way to go. It is a straightforward, legal avenue to address this issue. No one should tolerate racist organizations. Especially on school grounds.
Does anyone know what MeCHA'a position on homosexuals is? Now there's a lobby!

In the M.E.Ch.A. documents section of the Berkeley website, they state that they are joined as brothers with all the gays and lesbians.
