A 14-year-old homeless Mexican boy sued a San Francisco financier in federal court in San Francisco Thursday, accusing the investor of sexually abusing him for four years in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Multimillionaire Thomas White, 68, is facing separate criminal charges in Mexico of sexually abusing eight boys at his villa near Puerto Vallarta.

"Once it gets to the point where a city has a reputation, it has gotten really bad," he said. "You see it on the streets, it is very blatant, foreigners talking to kids, often homeless kids. They prey on the child's vulnerability and desperation and hunger. They offer as little as $5 for sexual favors.

Lowering the age of consent (yes, they are actively doing this in the UK and have done it in Holland), legalizing sex in public parks and toilets, changing the definition of marriage, and teaching graphic homosexual sex practices in school are not agenda items. Of course.
