This is so pathetic. So it is up to us FReepers to stand up to the Leftist cabal? It is digraceful how Bush and "Limp Writst" Frist bent over to Schumer and Hillary. Bush is in my personal doghouse today. I am more enraged over how shabbily this President treated an honorable man like Estrada, than I am against the PFAW. At least they were doing what you would expect--fighting Conservatives. What the hell was OUR side doing?
What really makes me sick is how Bush has spent so much time and capital on the stupid Saudi-created "Roadmap" which was doomed to failure, and he has spent NO TIME WHATSOEVER FIGHTING FOR THESE NOMINEES. What a waste of high approval ratings to fight for Abu Mazen over Miguel Estrada. I didn't sign on for this nonsense.

You're absolutely right. This election season, I'll be working as hard for Bush (not!) as he has for these nominees and for conservatism at home.

I'm voting third-party next year, like I shoulda done in 2000!

I can tell you why.
Conservatives have never been one to push hard for court appointees. Why? Because they are most effective in legislative and executive powers. The left control the courts and the right know it. The right also know that it is their constituents that can afford "justice" more than the lefties.
With the right, they execute legislative and executive power better than the left and they have the money to fight in court. So, the judiciary is the least of their worries. Heck, the right are more concerned with swing voters than they are gaining any foothold in the judiciary.
