Forget the grids. All they have to do it hit one of the main dams in BC and their will be massive destruction and a huge loss of power to all of the west coast.

It would take one helluva blast to bust a modern dam. In WWII they needed to detonate 10,000lb bombs behind the dams, underwater, to have any effect; the bombs that went off on the dry side barely scuffed the concrete.
