Once again, perfect example of those whose association with Linux has caused them to sympathize with the Chicoms and support them over other Americans. Why don't you draw us a little picture of your fantasy and post it for everyone. Should be a big hit for you.

My actual position is that SCO and the Red Chinese bureaucrats are cut from the same cloth. My dream would be to see the lawyers on one side and the bureaucrats on the other bash each other to pieces in a cage match. Long live free software!

HP is not "giving" Linux to China. It's already open-source. All they're doing is collaborating on producing a localized (Chinese-language) version of the OS. The more the Chinese use Linux, the more small and medium businesses - i.e., capitalists - win.

Maybe a little better. At least you're not crushing them with the Red Army tanks you were previously dreaming about.

Red Flag Linux is now more proprietary to the Chicoms since they are not releasing their source for security reasons. HP should not be allowed to help them develop their internal systems even further.

Completely incorrect. Software capitalists aren't winning a single thing in this deal, especially not in the USA.
