Dear Sirs,
I am writing to petition your help. Please intervene in the injustice about to be perpetrated against Ms Schiavo.
Ms. Schiavo is not in a constant vegetative state as her husband would have all believe. She responds to her mother's presence.
He husband, along with an obviously biased judge, is about to kill Ms. Schiavo by means of forced starvation. Her husband will not allow her to have visits by her priest. He has continuously held important information from her parents.
He currently lives with another girl, and they have a child together. He has a reason for wanting Terri dead, and it isn't because "she would have wanted it that way." He stands to "inherit" a large sum of money on her death.
Please use your position to intervene and save this innocent from a death she doesn't deserve.
Sincerely,
(trussell)

Good letter, trussell.
Prayer can move mountains, and maybe even a Florida judge.
Wish we could all get together and kidnap Terri from the Hospice and take her to a loving caring place.
And I wish that Michael Schiavo would get hit HARD by a Mack truck tomorrow!

Prayer is simply being on the spiritual front lines. That's where the REAL battle is waged. Thanks for your interest.
PS: re your tagline...for every one you pull, 3 grow in! lol

This whole case just about destroys me. I can't believe that a judge can be so callous about a young woman's life. I thought that judges were suppose to care for the innocent!!
LORD PLEASE HELP TERRI!! I AM PLEADING FOR HER TO BE SPARED. I AM CRYING TEARS FOR A WOMAN I HAVE NEVER MET, LORD, PLEASE INFLICT THE JUDGE AND HUSBAND WITH A SENSE OF CARING FOR HER. IN JESUS' NAME. AMEN

For a flip side more and more folks/babies are surviving and getting medical/therapy care.
There are many surviving like Teri who are not stuck in her situation.
This is tragic indeed.
But many have loved ones caring for them and are leading lives to the best of their physical abilities.
Forty years ago sick babies were taken to the linen closet to die. Now medical technology is saving many.
It is not all sour grapes.
Prayer for Teri and action ASAP to save her life.

Here's an interesting thought: Her husband is arguing that the feeding tube should be removed to allow her to "die naturally" as she would have wished. Following that logic, her death would legally be the direct result of the original injury in 1991, not the result of the removal of the feeding tube.
With the existence of this evidence implicating Michael in her death, wouldn't he be eligible for a murder charge if the DA were inclined to pursue it? There is no statute of limitations on murder, and it sounds like this guy had the motive, opportunity, and previous abusive history to make a charge like this stick. The testimony from her friend and the nurses are just icing on the cake.
If Terri dies, Micheal Schiavo should hang onto that million bucks for a while...he may need it for defense attorneys.

OMG!!!!!!OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!Unbeleivable! Make that -unfreakinbeleivable. From the description given-No way is this woman in a "persistent vegatative state"-No way at all. The husband, judges, and lawyers on the husbands side should stand trial for crimminal negligence and attempted murder. It says the woman's parents have filed a lawsuit-it seems to me that some one should call the police. In light of the allegations implied against the husband- Why can't Terry be made a ward of the state and have a social worker appointed for her-temporarily-at the very least ? -Before the "husband" and his accomplices have her g-tube removed so they can cover up their dirty deed. ARRRGGHHhhhhhh!!! This is just sick. Culture of Death strikes again.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

I do NOT understand HOW the 'court' can proceed with a death wish by the 'husband' for a wife who NEVER put it in WRITING to 'be allowed to die if....'.
Can it not be said that Terri's condition is VERY similar to a stroke victim's condition? WHY isn't the plug/feeding tube/rehab PULLED for the stroke patients?
To: oceanperch
Could very well be.
To: Arthalion
There is no statute of limitations on murder Well, if she dies--that's fair game. Let's also make Judge Greer an accessory after the fact.
