The sad part is the Republicans will never stoop to such tactics themselves. Democrats have kicked them in the nuts again and their response will be "oh, well". Face it, our senators are spineless. The real solution is to force a 24x7 filibuster on the Senate floor over these nominations. I am MAD AS HELL the Senate leaders never did that. That is a failure of courage, spine, and decent strategy.
