by forcing a true, 24 hour filibuster. No matter how many times this 24/7 dicussion is put down, someone keeps bringing it up like it's a legitimate option.

But I did write that about a "true 24/7 filibuster". And now I know it's bogus.
Under the rules the GOP would have to have a quorum and only 1 Dem would have to be on the floor. But can the Dems tag team? Or would the 1 Dem have to be on the floor 24/7?
