From what I read, the nurses were all very intimidated by Mr Schiavo and feared losing their jobs. I've read one of the nurses entire statement and she said he was physically intimidating.

Yeah, maybe. It's just hard to understand though. Nurses are in high demand and work isn't a problem. Most won't take this kind of crap. CNAs , I could see feeling this way though. I hate it but in Texas anyone can call the hotline annonomously and all complaints are investigated each time. I have looked at it as more of an annoyance than help but maybe it does occasionally have a purpose.
