Here, the residents must be re-certified every six months but 10 years? I wouldn't call that terminal. You sure she has been on hospice the entire time?

She hasn't been in hospice the whole time, but certainly long enough to NOT be classified terminal.

No, she has been at the hospice since April of 2000.
