Well this hospice care center is like a nursing home and not a hospital and may not follow such guide lines as a hospital would. The one nurse states that she did make notes but that she found them in the trash later.

It's also been reported that the lawyer for Terri's husband use to be on the board for this hospice care center.

Bottom line .. there are many things that don't add up and Judge Greer should have appointed Terri an independant guardian a long time ago .. He didn't .. in fact he ruled against Terri's parents when they tried to have Michael removed as her guardian.

From what I can tell of this case .. the only one that Judge Greer has protected was Michael

I do agree with your bottom line, however I do work in a nursing home and in Texas hospice is also done there. FEDERAL law requires abuse and neglect to be reported and every nurse regardless of where she works knows this. If true what kind of home is she in that would allow this to continue? Poor lady, she's fighting for a reason.
