Instead of local representatives we would be better off if every Senator, Representative, National Office holder had to win a national election. This Pig Lee couldn't get a dog catcher's job outside her district. If her DEMO district is drawn up like some in Alabama it is an address book not a map of people who promise to vote for whatever democrat gets the party's nomination. We recently dethroned a one term democrat buffoon Earl Hilliard that was hanging out in the middle east more than Alabama or DC. He was beaten by a Young Republican which shows that some of those promised Dem voters were paying attantion rather than towing the line.
