Bob Graham is done, he won't run, that's why he's been telling Florida Democrats to "Have an Organisation and be ready to run" for his Senate seat.

I could see Graham undercutting his FL Democrats, "for the sake of the party" ie the ability to ruthlessy destroy Bushes nominees.
