Yes, Arnold will raise taxes. Just like his advisor, our wonderful former Governor Pete Wilson gave us the largest tax increase in California history. But, but, but ... he's a Republican! How can that be?

Liberal Republicans raise taxes by twisting the arms of politicians in their party to vote for them by making promises. Republicans generally don't cave on higher taxes when Democrats are in the governor's office because the Democrat can't/won't offer them anything to sell their soul. Republicans stand united against higher taxes when we're fighting Democrats, but give us a liberal Republican and watch YOUR Republican representative squish.

McClintock is a principled Republican who will NOT strong-arm fellow Republicans into voting for tax increases. Arnold has no principles on which to make decisions, and has surrounded himself with liberal Democrats and liberal Republicans (i.e. Pete Wilson's former staff) and what do YOU think is going to happen should Arnold win?
