When a candidate gets all his votes from the independents and democrats, and leaves his GOP party base in the dust, that's not a win for the GOP.

A lousy 10% of the GOP tries to lead the rest around by the nose by claiming it is "the base", and threatening to bolt if the other 90% doesn't go its way.

I have news for you - losers and malcontents who are always a hair's breadth from voting Constimatooshin Party or Libertarian are not, by any definition, "the base" - especially when your antics and spiteful verbiage tar the rest of us. If you want to go so bad, then good riddance, and don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

You're not needed, and you don't help.
