If you don't want to be on a ping list and they won't take you off, hit abuse the next time you're pinged and explain the situation.

If they keep harassing you, keep hitting abuse on them. They're the ones that'll get suspended or banned for spamming, not you.

That is too bad. No one is added to my lists that didn't ask. Occasionally I will ask someone if I may add them. I always warn that my list is high volume and they may change their mind at anytime. I even alphabatized my list so that names can be easily found and removed. I also mail or post back to them confirming that they have been removed. I get over 100 pings a day myself.
