I find diets amusing, and I like food way too much. So, I'm trying the "eat less and exercise more" method, rather than saying, Adkins or South Beach.
I'm doing a lifestyle change rather than a diet.

Oh good. That's basicly what I'm doing too. I lose really fast on Atkins but I feel bad all the time. I'm losing slower than you are and I know its because of the carbs. I'm not going to give them up (no way, mmmm lol) but I am trying to cut back.

Your confused about Atkins. Atkins is a WOE (Way of eating) not a diet. By the way, I am a low carber and physically active. The difference is, as long as I stay low carb, I will not gain weight if I stop exercising. I am way more physically active in the summertime than the wintertime.
