It looks as though it should keep very well, even after opening, if it is kept refridgerated. Sounds wonderful!

I don't have any recipes to contribute because I'm a very timid cook - the kind of person afraid to try to cook something new.
But tonight, I did have hummus for the first time. It was a pleasant taste to add to my roasted chicken. A milestone !!
