Carlo, thanks for the pizza recipie. I'm three weeks into this low carb diet and I feel great. I'm already getting questioned by my friends "have you lost weight"?

Question for anyone out there, how much water should I be drinking per day. I'm not doing strict Atkins, but keeping around 50-75 carbs per day.

There really isn't too much water, you are drinking to do more than hydrate, you are satisfying hunger as well. Water is wonderful for you, I wish everone would drink more! LOL .. Bottoms up!

64 oz a day = eight 8 oz glasses of water = one 2 quart pitcher of water.

A lot of water. I drink 96oz of spring water a day, minimum. I buy it in the 24oz bottles and take a bottle to work with me to drink along the way. I then fill it up twice during the workday from the office water cooler. That brings me up to 72oz. Before heading home, I fill up the bottle again and drink it on the way home giving me the full 96oz.

That seems to be adequate for me. Any more water, and I'm running to the bathroom all the time!
