,,, her biography "Helen", written by Brian Edwards, her publicist/media coach etc. states that she cried on her wedding day. Her husband lives in Christchurch, she lives in Auckland. Just before the last election here, a Wellington newspaper carried an article where he stated that he regretted he and Helen had never had any children - the price paid for dedication to making sure everyone gets to live the way she thinks they should.

Thanks, I hadn't seen any mention of a husband. Maybe her husband should have taken a hint when his fiancee starting crying on the wedding day.

If it were me marrying her, I would be the one crying... actually bawling my eyes out....

The joke here was that going to see GWB for the first time, she decided to equip herself with a Wonder-Bra... being busy and having no time for shopping she'd just borrowed one from her husband.
