This is a piece on the connection between dictators [BR] and foreign aid. Canada is about to double its foreign[BR] aid to Third World countries.

Voting improprieties, that’s how he got in and stayed there,[BR][BR] Manipulated an election far away from public glare,[BR][BR] Won ninety eight point three percent of the popular vote,[BR][BR] That other one point seven percent is now dead and remote.[BR][BR][BR]
The opposition accused him of rigging the election,[BR][BR] But they’re now headed for the hills and have no protection,[BR][BR] And his left-wing international friends always send money,[BR][BR] Double their foreign-aid budget and throw in UN honey.[BR][BR][BR]
Colonies of international white-bread hippies in jeeps,[BR][BR] Out there in the Third World helping these political creeps,[BR][BR] While left-wing politicians make pompous declarations,[BR][BR] At the UN and pretentious places for proclamations.[BR][BR][BR]
To tell socialist friends ‘bout their dedicated delights,[BR][BR] ‘Bout places where no one has ever had property rights,[BR][BR] And no one would dare stand up and ask even one question,[BR][BR] Why and where the money goes and why that hidden aggression?[BR][BR][BR]
Because no one is allowed to even glance at their books,[BR][BR] These agencies with lettered names and sanctimonious kooks,[BR][BR] There’s no hope that they would despite their propaganda of being good,[BR][BR] Their dictators stay entrenched but this is little understood.[BR][BR][BR]
