Each one of these Islamofascist/kazis that are killed equals one less scumbag who can kill and harm innocents.
Kill all of them in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and other Islamofascist hell hole countries. Those killed will never participate in another 9/11 or help plan one.
