If you look closely there is blood that has run down the farther leg all the way to the knee.
To: HighWheeler
If that's a dead man, then I have four questions for you -- Why do the man's clothes look normal and he has his legs casually crossed? The guy was sitting with legs crossed in front of the car before the explosion (you've seen "Cops" - they make you cross your legs so you can't get up fast). When the bomb took his head off, he fell over backwards.
If he was already laying there like this when the bomb went off, shouldn't his shirt be destroyed and covered with massive blood and guts?
He was in an upright position, the bomb was around his neck or upper chest. The photo doesn't show what remains of his head.
Why is there no blood or splatter surrounding the victim on the car or pavement?
He was facing away from the car.
Why are the guys wearing bomb suits if the bomb has already detonated and killed him?
Never know if the dude might not have additional explosives.
To: HighWheeler
FNC showed him before it went off. He was sitting up and moving his arms about as though wanting to get out of the handcuffs and he looked nervous and anxious. Then you hear the explosion and the camera goes back to him and he is down, as in the picture.

Thanks for that explanation. I feel so sorry for this guy.

If this had been the case, why would he have connected a running timer to the bomb? Your scenario would require a real bomb and timer, but it could have easily been set up in an "Oops - forgot to connect the red wire" manner.Maybe he wanted it to not only look real but be real to not raise suspicion if he was caught. He figured the police would disarm it. The story of having someone attach a bomb to him to force him to rob a bank is extremely fishy. I expect more details to come out in the investigation.
Remember this guy when it comes time for the 2003 Darwin Awards.

You would think! Sloppy cop work alert!
To: HighWheeler
Then just what are we looking at in this picture? The bomb squad arriving after the bomb went off.

I agree that it looks odd but the video of the incident makes it clear that this is after the bomb exploded.

"I'm trying to remember the name of the movie where the plot revolves around a new kind of prison" It doesn't matter. I've seen it and it was a bomb (pun intended).
Better to read "The Anome" (sometimes titled "The Faceless Man") by Jack Vance.

Your explanation is so tortured that you also probably think there was a conspiracy to kill JFK, chemtrails are altering your behavior, alien scientists are working for the Air Force, and the "explosion" at the Pentagon on 9/11 was a fake.
Apply Occam's Razor to the stories and you have to give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

No one has mentioned this by this point in the thread:
What was the last list of addresses he was dispatched to deliver pizzas to?

While this crime is highly unusual it is not unusual for a pizza delivery man to be called to an address simply to be robbed (and killed). It's happened a number of times.

The investigator guy on Fox News just told Laurie Dhue that the address he was last dispatched to was a radio transmission tower of some sort.
This story is just bizarre.

IMHO, this is the weak link in the self-inflicted fatality scenario. Someone allegedly called for a pizza. Most pizza places have some form of caller ID, or note the number to cut down on pranks/false orders. If this was a multiple delivery run, someone didn't get their pizza, or this was the last delivery. At least, there had to be someone to call in the order (accomplice?, or the robber/now murderer).
While any level of stupidity is possible, it is unlikely someone with the savvy to build a live explosive device would be fool enough to wear the thing without a fail-safe to keep from getting killed. The bolt holes don't flange up, if you get my drift.
It is easier, however, to blame the pizza guy, now dead, investigation over, crime solved. At least until next time.

This thread has more information than the other thread. They're different enough imo to leave them both up. They are not exact duplicates. fregards, FV

OK.

Handcuffed and sitting between all the police cruisers. If it was a bigger explosion, those cruisers may have caught on fire. I feel so bad for the guy. I saw the tape of the guy begging for help - he knew the clock was running down, I heard the boom and then they showed his corpse. What a nightmare. Fox News doesn't give "warnings" before showing graphic footage?

I'm trying to remember the name of the movie where the plot revolves around a new kind of prison where the prisoners are paired off and have tamper-proof bombs strapped around their necks and if they flee beyond a certain distance from their partner, the remote connection is broken and the bomb goes off.Wedlock
