Late last week, Chris Mathews quoting Howard Fineman agreed. These DC insiders seem absolutely certain Hillary will not run in 2004, and when you think of it...when has Hillary ever done anything "for the good of the party"?

She wasn't going to run for the senate either, until Sen Monaham retired and the good citizens insisted that she take his place. That's when she began her "listening tour" with her headquarters in the whitehouse and her transportation provided by Air Force One crews.
I recall during her "campaigning" she appeared on some radio program in NY and the employees were told not to look at her, it was her "request".
