They don't hate America. They just want to see America become a more pure republic.
To the contrary of your remarks libertarians champion the principles that this country was founded on i.e. maximum personal liberty, limited and localized government and strictly interpreting the constitution. If you consider that hating America then that means you define America by the leftist/socialist/modern definitions and care not for the Old Republic.
