It's always okay when it's a Democrat. It's fine if a Democrat calls someone a n*gg*r or is a member (former or otherwise) of the KKK.
Let a Republican say something that might kind of, sort of, remotely construed as a bit racially insensitive, however, and that person will be hounded and smeared until they have no name or credibility left.
It's all about consistency.

It looks like the liberal media are beginning to do somersaults over each other to try and minimize Bustamante's racist past.
Too bad it's not going to work, he's as bigoted as David Duke or Luis Farrakan and everyone knows it. Won't stop them from trying though.

While everyone votes for the conservative Tom instead of Arnold, we will get the racist Cruz in the end. Thanks a lot!!!

I am seeing news about Cruz Bustamante and his affiliation with a racist Hispanic group. Amazing. And he refuses to disassociate himself with the same. FYI, Cruz "N-word" Bustamante hasn't been distancing himself from a lot of racists words in the campaign.

...150 years ago the Democratic party thought it was okay to judge people by their skin color rather than the actions that individuals take in life [slavery]...150 years later the Democratic party still thinks that it is okay to judge people by their skin color rather than the actions that individuals take in life [affirmative action]...The Democratic party is a group that always needs another group to simply hate and blame...The hate and blame is always there...Only the targets of that blame and hate change year to year...150 years ago it was blacks and now it is white males...
...I guess some things never change...
...The Republicans have always had the same opinion on this issue...From Lincoln to Goldwater to Reagan...Individuals should be judged on their actions and not on their race...Prejudice and discrimination based on race were wrong 150 years ago, are wrong now and will be wrong 150 years in the future...
...I guess some things never change...
