1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika 2 teaspoons cumin 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring 3/4 cup corn syrup, dark 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce 1 cup catsup 1 cup white vinegar 1 cup brown sugar -- packed Mix well. Refridgerate overnite. Apply during last minutes of grilling as a finishing sauce. Approx 2 quart of sauce.
