You would do well by sticking to your arguments, and avoid engaging in personal attacks.
If you don't agree with someone's viewpoint, then challenge their statements.

And if Arnold has good convervative money sense, it will be good for California. That's what the state needs right now. That is the sentence I was responding to. All of the talk about who is from CA and who isn't is just background noise. Doesn't interest me at all.
But that sentence is shallow; it avoids Schwarzenegger's liberal brand of politics, his utter lack of qualifications beyond celebrity, the tremendous damage he has the potential to do to the GOP and the ideological direction of the country at large, and makes light of the fact that we have a candidate who could not be more prepared to actually address the real problems faced by CA--Senator McClintock.

So do you tote your gun to your aerospace job?

I said IF.
Why the visceral reaction?
And most importantly, what of Arnold's fiscal policies are liberal? Do you even know what they are?
One last question: Do you live in California?

I guess I'm just amazed about those who complain and complain that some aren't for their favorite candidate, and they don't even live in the state!
To: sruleoflaw
Yes, Go ARNIE

"So do you tote your gun to your aerospace job?"
If you can equate a reason why I should oblige you with a response I will.
Until then, the answer will be: "this matter is none of your business".

Thank you CofD. That's more like it, moral-principle wise.
Too bad the monied-interest connections aren't explored in the piece beyond the class-warrior rheoric of "country-club establishment."
The situation that helped precipitate our state's financial woes, as one can infer by Senator McClintock's charges of corrupt connections being the justification for vacating the energy contracts, involves vested interests who are happy with Doofus, and are perhaps identifiable from out of the few GOP who fought to keep this grassroots revolt from even qualifying and who now say Ah-nold is our only hope. Yeah -- their only hope.

I said IF. Why the visceral reaction? Because you are positing that in the middle of a critical debate that is going to effect the direction of the country for years to come. And you did it by introducing a false premise. Ridiculous.
And most importantly, what of Arnold's fiscal policies are liberal?
Have you not been paying attention? The first thing he said when this started was that he wanted to bring business back to CA so that everyone could be taken care of. His economic advisor, close friend and mentor called for raising property taxes. He supports bigger programs ie more spending. He seems clueless that the crisis is a spending crisis.
Do you even know what they are?
Yes, but seemingly you don't.
One last question: Do you live in California?
Nope, as I've always made clear, several times on this particular thread even.
So, is FR suddenly an exclusively CA board or something? I don't think so.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is a disaster waiting to happen for California, the GOP, and America. Face it.
