Perhaps a good place to start would be medical neglect. Although Schiavo hasn't actively done anything to harm her recently, he has refused to do things which are resulting in harm.

I wonder if one of the nurses at the hospital or hospice would be willing to write one.

I can't help but think that surely there's a nurse somewhere who knows what's going on. Perhaps tomorrow we can get some Florida people in on it.
