If the two Boy Georges knew each other before Terri's guardianship, Boy George Greer should have recused himself from her guardianship case. Boy Felos was a former State Attorney and Greer was a former County Commissioner. I hold the opinion that they knew each other back then.
Even a legal assistant who changes jobs and sees that she's now got a file but on the other side, is not allowed to work on the file. Happened to me before. I'd have to say, "You know I can't touch that file." Further, law firms do conflict of interest searches before accepting a new client. If J.
