Well, you deserve the apology. I don't know why I'm so emotional over this -- I would be normally, but I'm near tears for this poor woman and her family. Just hitting me close to home I suppose.

Do you have family who went through this, not that it's my business? I have had miscarriages, premature births, and birth defects with each, but not all of my children. My beloved gramma languished in a "rest home" for eight months until she passed.
She had bedsores and was so bunged up once when I went to visit (Blacked eye and stitches in her eyebrow) I was ready to kill someone. It turned out that some new-hire put her in a chair when she went to change her bed and didn't strap her in so she fell like a rag doll and broke her eye.
