I'm not laying any money on it, but I don't see how she can stay out. Giuliani can take her out with one hand tied behind his back in 2006, if he runs against her. She knows this. It's now or never. I agree, she is coming in 2004. Bush is getting really poor advisement, IMO.

I think he is banking on bagging OBL and/or Saddam close to election time and sealing the presidency. Problem is, no one is going to care too much. 9.11 is a distant memory to most. Gas has been $2.00 a gallon for most of his presidency, or so it seems. Educated, formerly well of people are losing their jobs or are afraid their heads will be next on the chopping blocks. People have kids in college who, now, no longer know if they even have a future.
