From Prop 54 Website..

"...And finally, in the interest of public health, we have exempted ALL racial categorizations made by health care and medical professionals. Clause (f) of the initiative reads, “Otherwise lawful classification of medical research subjects and patients shall be exempt from this section.” No person’s health care, or any epidemiological studies that reveal disease patterns, will be affected by RPI.

LisaAnne -- thank you for posting directly from the 54 initiative website. The opposition has read this data. What I suspect is THEY do not think anyone else will take the time to go to the site and read the data. That is, they will file lawsuits to stall and delay the vote; they will hold special hearings (for opponents only). They will not encourage their "followers" to read and think for themselves. The opponents use "fear" methods. It's the biggest stick they have in their metaphysical baggage and psychologic tyranny of their followers. They will not sit down with 54 proponents and discuss even this, medical, aspect. They will not come forward and show, legally, the books or flowchart of fundings that would support their claims. The very same groups who rail that their "voters" need extra time to "read" and "vote" on the special election recall ballots? Are the same very groups who seem to take undue advantage of their very own "voters" on the issue of "reading".

www.racialprivacy.org. Vote Yes on 54!
