There is no gun show loophole in California. Buying a firearm from a private party, whether at a gun show or not, is subject to the same background check, waiting period and other requirements as any other firearm purchase in the stateI hope someone on his staff knows this and has informed Mr. S. of this fact. Saying such things makes him look uninformed. If anyone has access to anyone on Mr. S. staff, it might be good to correct this.

Why bother? It is all a battle of on-air soundbites in California. Saying this meaningless phrase wins perhaps 50,000 Feinstein-lovers to his side. Don't you think they know that?
