In almost all of the polls listed below the total % for McClintock added to the column of the person in 2nd place, produces a win.

In all but one of the polls you listed where McClintock plus 2nd place would win, Ueberroth plus 2nd place would also win. It appears that Ueberroth is nearly as significant a spoiler as McClintock, if the given polls were actual election results.

(The one exception is the PPIC poll, where McClintock and Ueberroth are only 1% apart anyway.)

Ueberroth takes much more away from Ahnold than McClintock does since Ueberroth is basically campaigning as a "country club" Republican type.
