"There have been many before Roy Moore who have been told that they can't wear their Christian apparel and symbols and who have been told that they can't have their bibles in school."
Who, where, when, and for what reason. Some specifics would seem necessary, given the sheer number of apocryphal anecdotes that have been injected to this point.

Who, where, when, and for what reason. Some specifics would seem necessary, given the sheer number of apocryphal anecdotes that have been injected to this point. In the preceding page on this particular thread examples were given. I would also refer you to the ACLJ's websites for examples as Jay Sekulow's firm has handled many of their cases with great success. Sorry, but I am trying to fight off or recover from a virus of some sort and just don't feel like looking up and linking the sources.

You could probably get a lot of info in this regard from Jay Sekulow's website (sorry don't have it to pass along).
I recently read about a Christian who read His Bible during breaks, lunch, etc. and was ultimately fired because he refused to stop doing so as "requested" by the school admin. No, I don't have a specific cite to give you (refer you to Sekulow for similar facts), but I remember one line in the article: "Of course, if this teacher had been reading the Communist Manifesto, THAT would have been okay!"
It's funny, but it's not.
