uhm... hello
if the supreme courts of the USA and his own state ruled against him and his statue, it means it IS UNconstitutional... whether you agree or not. America is NOT ruled by your or my opinions.

The constitutional gymnastics I have seen thrown about via demonization of the fourteenth has been proven wrong time and again. Folks, the civil WAR was fought and LOST over this state vs. federal issue and it is OVER. The south will NOT rise again.

If you can allow the state to twist laws and abuse power regarding the first amendment via the convoluting of the fourteenth so it won't apply to their establishment of a particular religion... allowing state's to select sectarian religious expressions for public buildings... it will be done it to the second as well... as in ALL states could simply refuse the second amendment's guarantees as well...

Or the third, or the fifth. this means NO rights in YOUR state unless the state expressely declares them and refuses to apply them selectively to a class of folks they don't like... a state could outlaw guns for Catholics or Blacks on the same ground... if it could set up its own state religion...

And some states, notably alabama, might even try it... or attempt to secede, AGAIN.

States must obey or face federal troops, as all states are guaranteed that they will forever be a republican form of government and that the first through the last amendments of the bill of rights will be enforced at gunpoint if necessary on any state that resists... or people within a state.

The fourteenth IS established. The state MUST comply. It is. The state supreme court knows and agrees...

you and the judge lose... because it is a sectarian attempt to influence the public justice system via an illegal public display of ONE particularly sectarian version of commandments that offend the sacred texts of other religions.

get over it, America is NOT a Christian nation... just a nation with Christians in it... most of whom know better than to try and impose THEIR religion on others, in the public sector.

Europe has christian nations that wear their religious laws on their sleeve, namely serbia and croatia. Maybe you would be happier in the Christian Democrat party, of Germany...

All your SPAM is completely refuted in Congressional testimony - Congress, the Court, and the Constitution

You have gross conceptual errors in your understanding of the U.S. Constitution.

No it doesnt. It means the Alabama SC is a bunch of federal lackies. Also, the SCOTUS didnt rule against him, they denied his stay to block the removal.

And your long winded reply still doesnt answer my question.

I dont think the USA is a "Christian nation". I think it has turned into a cesspool of moral ineptitude. I dont demand this monument be placed there but I do think Moore has every right to place this monument that is visible in hundreds of federal sites, in his courthouse.
