So if you dislike the welfare state 'more than I do' which puts you at least as far to the Right as myself, and no, by your subtle implication, I do not favor a federalized protective tariff regime, why are you in bed with the "Neoconservatives"? Because they produce far more results for conservatives than the Pat Buchanan paleo crowd ever has or will.

These idiots nearly brought down the Reagan Administration with scandal, sunk Bush I's re-election, poisoned an anti-Washington 1994 victory, lost in 1996, supported McCain in 2000.
