So all the supporters of our so-called Conservative SCOTUS decision what is your argument now.
First it was anything that goes on in private between to 2 consenting adults should be allowed, but you see who you are dealing with
Your are dealing with the ACLU they wont stop their they demand sodomy be everywhere in public, in schools, at the mall.
But to allow RELIGION anywhere well that that is deviant and outrageous.
I want to see the defenders of the Lawerence Case explain their position now, I bet most supporters of the Lawerence case also support the federal court decision in the ten commandments case.

"My concern [is] that this law can still be used to harass and intimidate gay men," said Dyana Mason, executive director of Equality Virginia, a gay-rights organization. "
Why, yes it is. We simply don't want to have to watch while your buds bang each others butts or while you munch muff.
If it was up to me you would be immediately arrested and detained in a mental institution to receive treatment for your abberant and abhorrent behavior.

But the American Civil Liberties Union and some gay-rights advocates argue the charges could be invalid. Virginia's entire law is null even against public sodomy, simply because of the way it is written, they say.Straining at a Ten Commandment gnat and swallowing a sodomy camel.
