Find an extensive bio of Blackridge. See if he had a relationship or any business with the County Commission in the eighties. Find out if Blackridge was ever on the Hospice of the Suncoast Board while you're at it. Or, is Blackridge another marathon runner like Greer?
Connect Blackridge to County Govt. or to the State's Attorney Office from the eighties (where Felos worked before dad's law firm in Dunedin).
