Ashcroft needs to indict Michael Schiavo and Felos, but would he act?

I would think that 95 percent of clintoid judges would be supporters of euthanasia -- for others, if not for themselves.

I don't know what circumstances would determine the opportunity/necessity for the U S Attorney General to become involved in an indictment in this case. I have a notion he would act if the prerequisites were met.
