It does seem at a minimum that the judge would have ordered Terri back to the hospital on Saturday if he is inclined to rule in her favor. Who appointed this judge? That could be the key to the case.

The complaint reads very well, I can't imagine what would make an impact if that document does not. My husband read the pdf file online this morning and said "it's hard to believe there's even a question."

Do we know the time of the hearing?
