Yes, he was allowed to pay legal fees with it! The (dishonorable) Judge Greed granted permission for the money to be released for lawyers' fees! That's the only place where the money has been being bled off to. There's little to no mention of the costs of the nursing home and/or hospice. Or is hospice always paid by Medicare/Medicaid? I think they are. At any rate, no rehab has ever been allowed by Michael. Of course, you can't expect anyone to get better without any rehab or medical intervention of any sort, right?!

Thanks! I hadn't seen that.

I just finished reading the complaint filed yesterday. It mentioned that nothing has been to paid to Woodside yet. Here's what the complaint says (see page 19):

#52. It is believed that co-conspirator George J. Felos combined and conspired with defendant Michael Schiavo to arrange for Terri's "free" stay at Hospice Woodside as part of an "exit protocol" designed to advance Felos' self-perceived messianic mission of "helping" incapacitated people to die by categorizing them as "terminal", warehousing them, and depriving them of therapy and rehabilitation services.

Here's the link: Complaint

This is a must read! There are quotes from Felos' book "Litigation as a Spiritual Practice". He is a total nutcase! The complaint covers everything we've been talking about here. Violations of her civil rights, ADA laws, the suspicion of abuse, Felos' pro-euthanasia agenda... everything!

Also mentions that the guardian ad-litem, Pearse, was gotten rid of because Felos didn't like what he had to say in his affidavit!

Let us not forget that if Terri could be placed under the care of her loving parents, she wouldn't have nursing home expense, would probably have a home health care worker drop by to check on her every day. That's a lot more economical. But, noooooooo. The parents can't even offer.
