Maybe the question the Federal court needs to ask is, did Michael Schiavo, as her guardian, override the doctor's orders for therapy and medicines? Is this legal?

The most prevalent emotion I see in these affadavits, is fear. Fear of Michael Schiavo, fear of losing their jobs, if they helped Terri. I admire their courage in finally stepping forward.

Mr. Schiavo should be relieved of his guardianship. He clearly wants Terri to be killed. Guardianship should be awarded to someone who is not directly involved in this.

We can only hope and pray, that because of the increased media attention being given to Terri's plight, maybe now the courts will take a deeper look than they have before. This latest attempt to kill off Terri Schiavo has finally got the attention of many more Americans. We have to make sure the courts hear us loud and clear: We are not going to sit by and let the courts kill off our disabled and elderly. Maybe it is up to us, the American people, to make sure the justices see that, indeed, there most definitely is something worth looking at. Terri deserves a chance to have therapy. Her husband, his lawyers, the courts, have never given her that chance. It is up to us to see that she gets that chance.

This to me seems to be the strongest legal point here. In one of Michael's last motions he requested that he be allowed to not treat a potentially life-threating infection. Unbelievably - for this judge - the judge denied it. Which means that he has been required by the courts that all through this he was supposed to be making sure that she did recieve regular medical care. These affidavits, as well as other evidence we have found, prove that this has not been the case. Therefore he has been negligent as a guardian, and has not been following the court's orders.

But I still don't understand why the Federal court didn't require that she be immediately admitted to the hospital LAST NIGHT, instead of waiting til after Tuesday's hearing.

The lesson here is that even at a young age, we need to get our Wills and Living Wills that specify without a shadow of a doubt, what our last wishes are.

Dying with a Living Will means that someone like Attorney Felos has J. Greer's blessing to ship disabled spouses to hospice care to end their life. Felos is taking advantage of a young person who didn't take the time to draw up a proper Will, etc.

It reminds me of the Wizard of Oz after Dorothy throws a bucket of water on the Wicked Witch and she melts away. The Witches' Honor Guard wanted to make sure she was really dead & and then they celebrated.

Terri is not really in a vegitative state but they want to make sure that she's really dead. Nothing less will do unless Judge Greer or the 2nd DCA has a change of heart. Let's hope Greer sees the light of day and comes out of the darkness.
