Is Greer stepping down because of threats on his life or because of the uproar over his position?

Or is there another euthanasia judge waiting to take over with more gall than Greer?

If Greer is stepping down, no wonder Michael Schiavo is so flaming mad. He is afraid Terri will yet get therapy and finger him for his 1990 actions against her.

I say Greer steps down only if he is otherwise facing some kind of legal and judicial sanction for conflict-of-interest.

I am more optimistic than I have been in weeks, but when I think of Hugh Finn, I cannot be too optimistic. What is the latest on the former Mrs. Finn? How is she spending Hugh's insurance money?
