Someone has leverage that we aren't privy too.

But, IMO, Greer's name is already mud so he should do the right thing instead of sticking like glue to the husband's side.

Greer's name is so MUD that I wouldn't scrape him off my shoe. I would throw my SHOES AWAY, at an undisclosed location. Remember this... Florida Voter did NOT vote for Judge Greer. I said "no".

This case, as well as others in the past, illustrates how important judges are whether they are appointed or elected. Getting information on some elected judges in order to cast an informed vote is difficult. I commend you on your 'no'.

I've just been reading in a hurry, trying to catch up, as I have not had much time to spend online the last few days. But if I read correctly back a few posts, M. Schiavo is trying to push for a hearing BEFORE September 11th? He must be really getting in a panic, if so. Let's hope.
