There is a motion to disqualify Judge Greer

Is this a motion from Terri's attorneys or what? Who does this motion go to? He is obviously biased in favor of euthanasia, he being a physically-fit marathon runner with little sympathy for the infirmed.

In the popular film now "Seabiscuit," the trainer says that we should not throw away a living thing becausde it is "banged up a little." Poor Terri, so far from justice, so close to God.

"I'm talking to the doctors, seeing the patient, talking to the parents and siblings and trying to determine if he's ever expressed any wishes that would have bearing on the situation," Pickford said in an interview. "Both sides are so far apart."

It struck me at how this Judge differs from the Judge in Terri's case. He seems to be at least attempting to make an effort.
