You need to do an index check. I used to be in an insurance company. The biggest company who does index checks is in Farmington, MD or some other state up there. An index check will show the name of "claimant", date of occurrence and if there was a settlement, etc. If you can't find an index check, maybe somebody who's still in the insurance business could do an index check for us at their job? Jerger may just be agents and not a carrier.
