Please allow me to clarify something. I have referred to Felos as "Felos-the-Felon" -- it was a jab. To my knowledge, he is not a felon and could not hold a position in the Florida Bar if he were.
However, should Terri be starved to death it is my opinion that he, Schiavo, and the judge are all guilty of pre-meditated murder -- a felony offense.
I just really wanted to clarify that because I mean Felos no personal ill will or harm. There are crazies out there who feel that vengence is their mission from God. His word states just the opposite..."vengence is Mine, sayeth the Lord".

Well stated, kimmie. Most of us know how your statements of frustration are intended. You are wise to recognize that, unfortunately, for some clarification is necessary.

Re: Felos. We don't want lurkers to interfere so stating opinion as such is very important. IMO, if Terri is starved to death, that is premeditated murder because Felos was on the Hospice Board, Terri's case becomes known to him, he leaves subsequently and then there's a big push to give Terri a death with dignity. That should be reserved for terminally ill patients.
IMO, pre-meditated murder by the parties who will benefit financially once they have a death certificate in their hands.
We must do everything we can to shine a bright light on the State of Florida and it's sham of a judicial system.
