Not to rehash (or maybe I am) .. perhaps was addressed but Charlie Crist receives his orders from Jeb.. and we know from Jeb's last brief before the Florida Supreme Court ... the one asking for an appeal that he has powers to initiate investigations and forensics and to also exchange state attorney's like mccabe who are stonewalling investigation of crimes in this matter.
Second, taken to its logical extreme, the Court's separation of powers analysis of whether the legislature unlawfully delegated its power to the executive could be interpreted in such a way as to throw into question other executive powers of great discretion. For example, Section 943.04, Florida Statutes, authorizes the Governor, upon written order, to direct the Department of Criminal Justice Investigations and Forensic Science to “investigate violations of any of the criminal laws of the state,” and provides no other criteria for the Governor as to when and whether to exercise that authority. This Court in Thompson v. State, 342 So. 2d 52, 55 (Fla. 1976), upheld the exercise of such discretion by the Governor.
Likewise, Section 27.14, Florida Statutes, confers upon the Governor broad discretionary authority to assign and exchange state attorneys “for any other good and sufficient reason” based on a determination that “the ends of justice would be best served.” Section 27.14, Fla. Stat. This broad criteria was found acceptable by this Court in Finch v. Fitzpatrick, 254 So. 2d 203, 204-205 (Fla. 1971).

EXactly. I hope somebody asks Jeb Bush when he will open an investigation of Terri's case. The corruption has been far too blatant to overlook.

In a wait and see mode. Terri's Law is pending and Judge Greer back in Pinellas has a week or two to decide if a discussion in court about Terri's religious freedoms will GO FORWARD. I'd like to know who made him god? What's happened to Terri is what JUDICIAL TYRANNY looks like for her which is premeditated murder. If this is not stopped, picture judicial tyranny of this type on a grand scale.
I talked to a friend of Greer's campaign aide tonight. She told me some weird stuff about the Pinellas GOP that I can get confirmed or denied with candidate Govan. I'll check with him later.
